How to cancel a Best.Me subscription
Bought on the Best.Me website or app
Log in to your Best.Me account, open your profile, go to “My subscriptions” and cancel the plan there. If you get stuck, email feedback@best.me.
Bought through the App Store (iPhone)
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Best.Me → Cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bought through Google Play (Android)
Open the Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Best.Me → Cancel. Refunds: Google Play refund request.
Tip: check the merchant name on your bank statement — it tells you exactly which company charged you.

No. BestMe US (bestme.us) is an independent app and is not affiliated with Best.Me, the meal plan and fasting app operated by Nutrameg HQ Limited. We cannot see or manage Best.Me accounts, subscriptions, or charges.

If you subscribed on the Best.Me website or app, log in, open your profile, go to "My subscriptions" and cancel there. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
